We fill partner and associate positions for national and international law firms nationwide.

Our consultants specialise in specific fields and sectors.  This ensures that our clients have a complete overview of the market, even in specific segments. We use our own competence model to discuss positions in detail and fill them precisely.

We know the special economics of law firms and understand the close connection between their considerations for personnel and strategy. If necessary, we first prepare a market study – for example on a specific market segment of legal advice – before starting a search, or help in other ways when considering a new hire.

Stefan Grub has been an HR consultant in Frankfurt since 2010. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer, in-house counsel and in first-level management positions. He studied law and economics in Passau, Cologne and Volgograd. Working languages are German, English and Russian.
